Inspired by Truman Capote's Black and White Ball, this invitation tips it hat to the original ball held in 1966 at the Plaza Hotel. Attended by the most famous personalities of the era, this event was referred to afterward as "The Party of the Century." To assist modern day guests with channeling the glamour of the era, black and white photographs from the bal masque were included, even a cheeky one of Mr. Capote adjusting his mask.
